In 2024 R U OK? Day is being held on October 12th, but this year, supporters are being encouraged to ask R U OK? ANY DAY.
The message of the campaign is that a conversation can change a life and aims to empower and inspire people to reach our and meaningfully connect with others who may be struggling.
Women’s Health Information and Referral Services CQ Inc. (WHIRSCQ) will have a display at the reception in the Rockhampton office with free resources for clients, providing information about how to take the steps to start a conversation.
